Kombucha is a delicious, fermented drink that is rich in probiotics with a history dating back 2000 years. Mad Magic Kombucha is brewed by hand, with organic ingredients, using traditional techniques passed down through the centuries. Mad Magic uses a special blend of organic black tea, organic non-GMO, raw cane sugar, and an organic kombucha culture called a SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast).
