Log into your account. Fill your cart with staples from our online store. For food safety, we deliver all our meats frozen.

We Process Your Order

After your order is weighed and packed, we'll process your payment, sending you a receipt for the exact total.

We Deliver

Your order will be dropped off at your selected Neighborhood location. There is a $7 delivery free for all orders under $125. Delivery is FREE on orders $125 and over.

You Pick Up

Take the bags with your name from the coolers and grab your eggs from the egg box. We recommend thawing your meat in a container. There may be some leakage despite vacuum-sealed packaging.

How do I sign-up for Subscribe & Save?

How often do I pick up my recurring order?

You will pick up your order every four weeks from your selected location.

Will I receive any reminders?

Yes, you will receive an email and text confirmation 4 weeks in advance when your order renews. You will also receive an email and text reminder to edit your cart 4 days before the order deadline.

When can I skip, cancel, or edit my Subscribe & Save order?

You have until the order deadline (2 days before pickup) to edit your order.

Can I place a one-time order in between my subscription orders if I need something?

Our system won’t currently allow this, but you may purchase from the Farm Store for any groceries you need between orders.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to “ Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose the dropdown “Subscribe & Save”. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the “Cancel Your Subscription” button.

How do I skip a Subscribe & Save order?

Go to “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose the drop-down “Subscribe & Save” and hit the Skip button to delay your order until the next delivery date.

How do I add/remove items from my Subscribe & Save order?

Your order will be listed in your cart, and you can add or remove items any time before the order deadline. Any changes you make will be applied to your current order as well as to future orders. After making changes, you will not receive a new confirmation email.
