*Normally, we don't make products with nitrates. Due to a processing error, these sticks were made with sodium nitrite. Weston A Price has 3 different categories for preservatives - best, good, and bad. Sodium nitrite falls within the good, so we felt comfortable selling this, but are selling it at a discount.
Tasty, nutritious, and filling beef snack stick made from our 100% grass-fed beef! 1oz individually packaged sticks. No MSG, no chemical preservatives! An excellent healthy and convenient snack, and it doesn't need to be refrigerated!
In the dehydrating process, this snack stick was made from 38% more beef (you're just not paying for the water!)-- i.e., don't underestimate how much food and nutrition is in this 1 oz. stick!
